We aim to keep things simple and secure and get your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Payment and Delivery
All transactions processed via www.mypetmart.co.za are limited by our terms and conditions. When completing a purchase with us, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions related to such purchase. All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.
My Pet Mart processes all payment transactions using the PayFast payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure and are processed via PayFast servers. As such, My Pet Mart does not have access to payment details.
We accept payments via EFT or Direct Deposit, credit cards and Instant EFT via PayFast. Your order will only be processed when payment is approved and goods are only shipped once payment is available in our account.
For any payments via EFT or direct deposit, proof of payment can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
My Pet Mart will automatically charge your card with the applicable easy-repeat fees ordered by you on each specified frequency date as authorised by you on your subscription registration. Charges shall be made 72 hours prior to the order being shipped to ensure funds are received prior to dispatch.
Should there be insufficient funds to process your order, your order will be placed on hold and My Pet Mart shall contact you within 48 hours to either reprocess the order or have it cancelled. Please note that should there be a delay in receiving payment, delivery times shall be amended where necessary.
You can cancel this subscription service or any singular product from a subscription at any time within 7 days before products have been shipped from our warehouse. There is no charge for cancellations during the correct time period mentioned above.
Frequencies and products can be amended at any time at no charge.
Items that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours of approved payment, Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00.
Orders are shipped to the address specified when completing your order. My Pet Mart is not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when capturing your order. If the specified address is incorrect then you will be charged any additional delivery charges to ensure your order reaches you.
In the event an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and will have the option of either cancelling the order and receiving a full refund or placing the items on back order. Please note this applies only to the portion of the order where items are out of stock. If other items are ordered and stock is available, the partial order will be completed and those items will be delivered.
Couriers and Indemnity
My Pet Mart utilises local courier companies to deliver orders. Where applicable, tracking numbers will be provided for use on the specified courier company’s tracking software. Orders are deemed as complete when the courier collects the goods and as such My Pet Mart will not be held responsible or liable for orders once the goods are dispatched from our premises. My Pet Mart will endeavour to assist with any lost or delayed deliveries by liaising with the responsible courier.
Delivery fees are based on your location and size and weight of the package. We also offer two delivery services, being Express and Standard which prices and delivery times differ. My Pet Mart does not charge delivery fees for any orders exceeding R 400.00 where standard delivery has been selected, however, in the event that delivery fees are charged, these are non-refundable.
